Q: How do I schedule a party?
A: Just fill out a date request or give us a call (731) 446-6937.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party 2 weeks from the time of booking. The deposit is applied to the party balance with the balance due the day of your party.
Q: What time can I arrive?
A: You and guests can arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to check-in, sign waivers, and set-up.
Q: Can I bring food and drinks to the party?
A: You can bring any type of food that you would like. However, food and beverages are not permitted in the inflatable area. We do have a refrigerator/freezer for cold foods and a microwave available. We do not allow alcoholic beverages on the premises.
Q: Can I bring my own goody bags and/or balloons?
A: Yes, you can supply your own.
Q: Do I need to stay at the party?
A: The party host/parent is required to stay at the party. Other adults can stay and play too.
Q: Is each guest required to have a signed waiver?
A: For insurance purposes, all guest must complete a waiver with a parents signature.
Q: Are socks required?
Q: Will Wee Play provide supervision of play area?
A: Yes, an attendant will be present to assist with supervision.
Q: Can I spend more time in the inflatable or party area than specified?
A: We cannot extend play or party time with additional parties scheduled. However, if there is not a party after yours you can pay an additional fee for extra time.
Q: What if I need to reschedule my party?
A: To avoid additional charges, we require at least a 14 day advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit is non-refundable. Your new party has to be rescheduled 14 days from the original party date to reserve your deposit. If you fail to cancel within 14 days, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price.
